LICENCE PROCESS

PROCEDURES OF CARRYING AND DISPOSAL OF WEAPONS AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

1- The applicants must take a copy of a form to apply for carrying and disposal of weapons. The applicants who live within the area of a police department should go to the Administration of the Province Security; the ones who live within the area of a county police department should go to the Administration of the Province Field Office

2- All printed documents must be completed in full.

3- Required documents:

a- Health Certificate

b- Residence Certificate

c- Criminal Record

d- Copy of Birth Certificate (From Birth Registration Office)

e- 6 photographs

4- Completed form and required documents must be handed to Governer’s Office.

5- If the Governor’s Office declares that the application is eligible to be a candidate, it is handed over to either to the Administration of the Province Security or to the Administration of the Province Field Office depending on where the applicant live.

6- Provided document must be handed to the related department.

7- After completing all the procedures, the applicants are not required to do anything else. They need to wait for the Purchasing Permit.

8- Purchasing Permit with the Governor’s approval will be given to the applicant if the application is found to be eligible.

A weapon with its receipt is sent to our customers after their required formalities will be completed by MKEK on behalf of the applicant. You just need to call the numbers above and contact us

9- The applicant must to go to the Weapon License Bureau to apply to get the license within 60 days of the purchase of the weapon. The customers who apply within this time, they get the certificate for carrying and disposal of weapons.
